Medicare & Simply Sweet Health

Medicare is the federal health insurance program for:

  • People who are 65 or older

  • Certain younger people with disabilities

  • People with End-Stage Renal Disease (permanent kidney failure)

Medicare & Medicare Eligible Patients

Unfortunately, Medicare rules have tied our caring hands which keeps us from extending our membership model directly to you.
This means that we are currently unable to take care of any patients who have, or are eligible to receive, Medicare or Medicare Advantage. 

In the meantime, you can join our email newsletter to keep up with the practice.
You will also be added to our waitlist to be notified when we are able to start offering our monthly memberships to Medicare patients.
