Standard Monthly Memberships

$50/Month

$100/Month

Memberships with Simply Sweet Health are simple. No long term contracts.

First month payment is due at time of sign up. Then you will be billed on the 1st or 15th thereafter.
Newborn to toddler (ages birth to 3 years old) memberships require at least 1 adult enrollment.
Discount of 5% is applied if you choose yearly billing!
Memberships and re-enrollment are subject to availability, approval, and they are not guaranteed.
