Memberships with Simply Sweet Health are simple. No long term contracts.

First month payment is due at time of sign up. Then you will be billed on the 1st or 15th thereafter.
Ages 0-17 require at least 1 adult enrollment.
Discount of 5% is applied if you choose yearly billing!
Memberships and re-enrollment are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
